Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and also happens to be the most important! If you're in a hurry to get out the door it can be easy to skip breakfast, but just taking a few minutes to put together a meal will help fuel your day. Since I love to look at food photos for meal inspiration I went through my instagram feed and grabbed some breakfast photos I've posted and decided to do a little post on them. Protein pancakes and kiwi

Grapefruit with stevia , cashews and kiwi
I used to top my grapefruit with brown sugar but I switched over to stevia and I've been loving it.
Oranges with coconut, vanilla shake and banana bread
Vanilla greek yogurt with strawberries, peanut butter on banana and a rice cake with honey
(oh and that's Ovaltine in the mug!)
