I don't mind having a big bowl of spinach in a salad but there's something about pulverized greens that is so unappetizing to me. With that being said green smoothies have many health benefits and are a great way to get more vegetables in your diet. I tried using spinach and mango together and you pretty much only taste the mango...Anyways, I quite enjoyed the smoothie so even if you're not a green smoothie fan its worth a try!
Mango Spinach Green Smoothie
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 - 1 cup almond milk
Blend everything together in a blender and voila.
