Green Peanut Butter Smoothie

Here's another green smoothie recipe for you guys! I found this one in the "Oh She Glows" vegan cookbook by Angela Liddon. I picked up the book today at chapters and didn't realize shes also an award winning blogger! The peanut butter and cinnamon completely mask the spinach and I was surprised by how good it tastes. Try it out :)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup spinach or kale 
1 ripe banana 
a few ice cubes
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs ground chia or flax seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla 
pinch of cinnamon (I used a about 1/4 tsp, maybe even more)

In high speed blender combine all ingredients till smooth.
