On Wednesday morning I started my day with a stretch/foam rolling class hosted by Lauren Roxburgh at the Element hotel in Burnaby. The class was followed by a walk through the city park and a yummy breakfast! I love starting the day early with exercise although I often skip out or press the snooze button. It's always nice to have a group to keep you accountable and motivated. The event was part of FitBit's 'Walk The World' campaign. Encouraging us all to add extra steps to our daily routine.
