lemon poppyseed protein pancakes


These delicious pancakes are packed with over 30 grams of protein! Simply blend everything together and cook in a greased skillet over medium heat.


Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 tsp honey

1 tsp oil

1 tsp vanilla

zest of half a lemon

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp poppy seeds

1/2 - 3/4 cup of flour
